If you have a problem with your purchase, we’re here to help.
We provide a 90 Day Warranty against manufacturing defects.
Given the nature of the hygiene issues inherent with wind instruments, we do not generally offer a refund or credit on a purchase unless required by US consumer law or other relevant consumer protection laws. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect we will promptly exchange the item. Each instrument is meticulously hand crafted and checked over before being offered for sale. If you would like to request an exchange on a purchase please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
When you contact us we will determine if we need the item returned to us for inspection before issuing an exchange, or if photographic evidence will suffice.
If we request the item to be returned, once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange after inspecting the item.
If your exchange is approved, we will ship the replacement within 3 days if it is in stock. If the item is out of stock we will contact you to discuss your preferred options.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
